Initial Communication with the Client
- The client receives an initial consultation through AI;
- The AI explains the advantages of relocating to Azerbaijan and provides detailed information regarding banking services, residency opportunities, and available service packages
- The AI encourages the client to submit an inquiry by completing the relevant form.
Client Inquiry Submission
- The client fills out the inquiry form in the relevant section of the website, indicating interest in one of our service packages;
- Our manager receives the inquiry;
- The client automatically receives a confirmation stating that our team will contact them within 48 hours.
Initial Contact with the Client
- Our manager contacts the client within 48 hours to confirm the details;
- The manager explains the terms of cooperation, sends the agreement for signing, and requests a 30% prepayment of the selected service package fee;
- The client issues a power of attorney authorizing us to represent their interests before banks and relevant authorities in Azerbaijan;
- Preliminary procedures for opening a bank account are initiated on behalf of the client.
Payment of 30% of the Package Fee
- Upon receipt of the 30% prepayment, our team begins coordinating with partner banks and identifying suitable banking solutions based on the client’s preferences and financial objectives;
- The client is provided with information regarding available banking and deposit solutions, including terms, minimum deposit requirements, and banking conditions;
- The client travels to Azerbaijan;
- We assist the client throughout the entire bank account opening process;
- The client places the initial deposit in accordance with the selected banking package and the bank’s requirements.
Main Package Payment - 60%
- The client pays 60% of the total service package fee;
- Our team proceeds with all legal and administrative procedures, including:
— legal support related to bank transfers and compliance procedures;
— assistance with opening a deposit bank account and preparing the related documentation;
— assistance in obtaining all necessary bank confirmations and supporting documents.
Finalization of the Deposit Placement Process
- The client completes all required banking formalities and finalizes the deposit placement with the selected bank;
- The bank officially confirms the opening of the deposit account and the placement of funds;
- The client receives all relevant banking documents and confirmations.
Final Package Payment - 10%
After all procedures and documentation have been completed and finalized, the client pays the remaining 10% of the total service package fee.
