Subhan Mammadov is the Director of Expert SM, an international legal and business consulting company he has led since 2002. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University and has held responsible positions in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Center for Forensic Expertise, and as Head of the Legal Department at the Baku Representative Office of Group 4.
In addition to his legal practice, he has engaged in academic teaching in law. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Mr. Mammadov has extensive experience in leading and participating in numerous successful projects. His areas of expertise include tax law, contract law, intellectual property, and corporate law. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
