Client’s first communication

- Client gets his first consultations through AI;

- AI describes benefits of moving to Azerbaijan and provide detailed information on all packages;

- AI encouraging client to send his inquiry by filling out necessary form.

Inquiry submission by client

- The client fills out the property inquiry form in the relevant section of the website, indicating interest in one of our packages;

- Our manager receives the inquiry;

- The client will immediately receive an automated confirmation, stating that our team will respond within 48 hours.

Initial contact with client

- Our manager contacts the client (within 48 hours) to confirm details;

- Manager explains terms of the contract, send contract to sign and for 30% prepayment of the selected package’s total service charge;

- Client issue letter of attorney to act on his behalf on the real estate market;

Payment of 30% of the packages

- After receiving the 30% prepayment, our team on the behalf of client starts researching and selecting appropriate real estate options based on client’s criteria through partner agencies;

- Partner agency presents the client with a curated list of real estate options – 5 options (+3 if the first options are not suitable);

- Client visiting to Azerbaijan;

- We open bank account for the client;

Main Package Payment – 60%

- The client pays 60% of the total package service charge;

- Our team begins all legal and administrative procedures:

o  Legal support for bank transfers;

o  Coordination with State Migration Service for residency application;

Final Property Payment

- The client pays the full remaining balance for the real estate directly to the seller;

- Within one month, the client officially receives ownership of the property.
