Step-by-step procedure

Client’s first communication

  • Client receives his initial consultations through AI;
  • The AI describes the benefits of moving to Azerbaijan and provides detailed information on all packages;
  • The AI encourages the client to submit this inquiry by completing  the required form.

Inquiry submission by client

  • The client fills out the property inquiry form in the relevant section of the website, indicating interest in one of our packages;
  • Our manager receives the inquiry;
  • The client will immediately receive an automated confirmation, stating that our team will respond within 48 hours.

Initial contact with client

  • Our manager contacts the client (within 48 hours) to confirm details;
  • Manager explains terms of the contract, sends the contract  for signing and  requests a 30% prepayment of the selected package’s total service fee;
  • The client issues a power of attorney to act on his behalf on the real estate market;
  • Opening of bank account for the client.

Payment of 30% of the packages

  • After receiving the 30% prepayment, our team on behalf of the client starts researching and selecting appropriate real estate options based on client’s criteria through partner agencies;
  • Partner agency presents the client with a curated list of real estate options – 5 options (+3 if the first options are not suitable);
  • The client travels to Azerbaijan;
  • We assist in opening a bank account for the client;
  • The client chooses one and pays 2% of the property value directly to the seller as a reservation or commitment.

Main Package Payment – 60%

  • The client pays 60% of the total package service charge;
  • Our team begins all legal and administrative procedures:
  • Legal support for bank transfers;
  • Coordination with the State Migration Service for residency application;
  • Property purchase.

Final Property Payment

  • The client pays the full remaining balance for the real estate directly to the seller;
  • Within one month, the client officially receives ownership of the property.

Final Package Payment – 10%

After all documentation is completed and the process is finalized, the client pays the remaining 10% of the package service charge.
