Leyla Rustamova

Leyla Rustamova Elchin gizi holds a higher education degree in Graphic Design and is a graduate of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts. She began her professional career as a Lead Graphic Designer, where she was responsible for developing visual identity, creative concepts, and design systems. She later worked for several years as a Senior Marketing Specialist, overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies, brand promotion, and analysis of advertising campaign effectiveness.

Currently, she holds the position of Marketing Director, where she develops and manages the company’s overall marketing strategy, works on brand development and positioning, and plans, launches, and optimizes advertising campaigns. She has expert-level proficiency in targeted advertising across all social media platforms as well as Google Ads. She manages the marketing and design teams and oversees the corporate website, controlling content, structure, visual presentation, and regular updates. She is proficient in professional graphic design software and is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish.
