Director – International Business Development & Marketing
Muhammad Umair Sultan Joiya is a Pakistani lawyer and international business development professional based in Baku, Azerbaijan. He serves as Director – International Business Development & Marketing at Expert-SM LTD and works closely with the Move to Azerbaijan project, focusing on international business development, investor relations, Azerbaijan market entry, corporate advisory, investment facilitation and cross-border business relations.
He has professional experience across law, real estate, investment advisory, corporate development, marketing and international business development, and has previously held senior executive positions including CEO and Director. His work has included business development, strategic partnerships, investor engagement and representation at international real estate and investment events.
Mr. Joiya holds an LL.B. from the International Islamic University Islamabad and is enrolled as an Advocate High Court with the Punjab Bar Council. His current work in Azerbaijan focuses on developing international partnerships and supporting foreign investors, entrepreneurs and families exploring business, investment and relocation opportunities in Azerbaijan.
