contacts the client (within 48 hours) to confirm details;
- Manager explains terms of the contract, send contract to sign and for 30% prepayment of the selected package’s total service charge;
- Client issue letter of attorney to act on his behalf on the real estate market;
- Opening of bank account for the client.- After receiving the 30% prepayment, our team on the behalf of client starts researching and selecting appropriate real estate options based on client’s criteria through partner agencies;
- Partner agency presents the client with a curated list of real estate options – 5 options (+3 if the first options are not suitable);
- Client
visiting to Azerbaijan;
- We open bank
account for the client;
- The client pays 60% of the total package service charge;
- Our team begins all legal and administrative procedures:
