Your manager receives the inquiry.The client immediately receives an automated confirmation, stating that your team will respond within 48 hours.

Primary contact and deposit request

Your manager contacts the client (within 48 hours) to confirm details and request 15% prepayment of the selected package’s total service charge.

Property search begins

After receiving the 15% prepayment, your team starts researching and selecting appropriate real estate options based on the client's criteria.

Property option by the client

You present the client with a curated list of real estate options.

The client chooses one and pays 2% of the property value directly to the seller as a reservation or commitment.

Main package payment

The client pays 60% of the total package service charge.

Legal and administrative support

• Legal support for bank transfers.
• Coordination with State Migration Service for residency application.
• If applicable, assistance with company formation (for Packages 2 & 3).
• Handling of property ownership transfer and paperwork.

The final payment of property

The client pays the full remaining balance for the real estate directly to the seller.
