At the First Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF-2025), held on September 22–23 in Sea Breeze, large-scale tourism projects were presented. Leading hotel brands - including JW Marriott, Rixos, Crowne Plaza, and others - announced the launch of new facilities. Plans include the development of resorts with advanced infrastructure and an all-inclusive concept.
Sea Breeze is positioned as a year-round tourism cluster on the Caspian Sea. Forum participants highlighted the project's strategic importance for the regional economy, job creation, and the establishment of world-class service standards. The potential of the entertainment industry, including casinos, was also discussed as a driver of year-round tourism and investment. Specifically, casino-integrated facilities stimulate the economy: tens of millions of dollars are spent annually on their operation - covering hotels, transportation, gastronomy, and leisure. This model ensures a steady flow of investments and year-round employment in the tourism sector.
